Our stock are correct at the time of your purchase, however it may vary due to variuos reasons. Should that happen we will contact you to assist you. Don’t worry!

Yes you need to register to purchase. By being a member, it will help you to speed up your future purchases. Also enjoy our time to time specials for members and always be the first to know what is happening in DoubleChin.

Restock? I love them so much but it’s sold out!
Due to changes in the fashion world, not all items will be restocked. We always have newer and better products for you.

Reservations. I love it but can I pay later?
Sorry, we do not accept reservations at the moment.


At the moment, we ship our orders 3 times a week (Monday, Wednesday & Friday). Your orders will be shipped on the nearest shipping day upon confirmation of payment. 

Typically, you will receive 2 to 4 working days upon shipping. There may be unforeseen delay from our shipping partners during festive or busy period, please be patient with us.

You can make payment via our payment gateway – Paypal or direct bank transfer.
You may opt to sign up with PayPal of pay directly using your credit or debit card.
All direct bank transfer slip must be emailed to us for verification purposes before we process your orders.
All your banking details are secured by our payment gateway provider. We do not have visibility over your credit and debit card details.

Something is not right, can I return them?
Sale items and accessories are not entitled for a refund. Should you need more clarifications on a specific product, kindly email us at

  1. Should you receive a defective item, kindly drop us an email at within 14 days upon receipt of your item(s).
  2. All returned items must be in original condition – including tags (if any) and also packaging. Worn, washed, stained items or any other conditions deemed not in original condition will not be entitled for a refund.
  3. We reserved the full rights to refuse any refunds.
  4. All return to seller cost will be beared by buyer. We will not be responsible for any loss or damages from the return shipping process.
  5. You have a choice of an exchange or store credit in the case of return.
  6. Should the size, colours or others of your purchase is not available, you are entitled a store credit. We do not guarantee the availability of any items.
  7. Processing of return items may take up to 7 working days.

Exchange… I want something else
No we do not accept exchanges unless there is a defect or error in order processing.

Orders…what is happening to my orders?

Cancellation…I have changed my mind.
We are sorry that we do not accept any cancellations, however should there be a very strong reason for cancellation, please email us.
